Automatic strokers: which ones fit your sleeves and really go hands-free
An automatic stroker is a sex machine for penis owners, where a motor moves a soft sleeve up and down so your hand gets the night off. The two things the listings tend to gloss over are whether you can use your own sleeves and whether "hands-free" means a mount comes in the box.

Mount in the box, or sold separately?
Without a mount, you'll be holding it, so check this before anything else:
- Lovense Solace Pro and Lovense Solace: desk mount included
- The Handy 2: mounting points built in, desk mount kit $59 extra
- Kiiroo Keon 2: table clamp $69 extra
- Kiiroo Keon: table clamp sold separately
- Fleshlight Universal Launch: no mount or stand listed
Can you use your own sleeves?
Being able to use other brands' sleeves gives you a lot more choice in size and feel, which matters because none of these makers publish size limits.
- Fleshlight sleeves: the Universal Launch is built for them, the Keon 2 takes them with the adapter in the box, and the Solace Pro takes them with a $25 Grip Kit.
- Other brands: the Keon takes them with a case sold separately, The Handy 2 page only promises Handy sleeves, and Lovense doesn't mention other sleeves for the original Solace.
My top pick
The Lovense Solace Pro. The mount comes in the box, the maker says the battery lasts up to 14 hours, it does up to 300 strokes a minute, and Lovense tells you how loud it is. If you want the longest stroke and lots of video and VR syncing, look at The Handy 2, and if your drawer is full of Fleshlights, the Kiiroo Keon 2 is built for them.
How they work, and who they suit
Inside the case there's a motor that moves the sleeve up and down along your penis, and you set the speed and sometimes the stroke length with buttons or an app. Strokers are great for lying back and relaxing, for anyone with sore wrists or limited hand movement, for long-distance couples, and for syncing to videos or VR. If you can't stand the idea of an app, the Fleshlight Universal Launch is the button-only option, and if you'd rather use a dildo, my thrusting machine guide is the place to look.

Ranked by value, meaning how much the typical buyer gets for their money. Some prices come from the maker's page in August or September 2026, because their live pages wouldn't load for me, so check before you buy.

Alternative sex machines you should consider
Don't buy the original Lovense Solace at $184 while the Solace Pro is on sale for $199. That extra $15 gets you a longer stroke, more speed, video sync and a published noise figure. And if you're eyeing the Fleshlight Universal Launch because you own Fleshlights, the Kiiroo Keon 2 takes them too, with a published 3.7 in stroke and a $69 clamp for hands-free use, as long as you can wait for the pre-order to ship around the new year.
Fit, cleaning and sleeve questions
What is an automatic stroker?
An automatic stroker is a hands-free male masturbator with a motor inside. You put your penis into a soft sleeve, and the machine moves the sleeve up and down for you, so you can lie back instead of doing the work with your hand. Some can be mounted to a desk or bed, and many connect to an app, videos or a partner's phone.
Will it fit me?
None of the makers in this guide publish exact size limits for their sleeves. Lovense says its Solace Pro sleeve "stretches to fit various shapes and sizes", and The Handy says its sleeve fits "all body sizes". If you're on the bigger side, look for a machine that takes Fleshlight sleeves, because there are lots of sizes to choose from, and check the returns policy before clicking the buy button.
Can I use my Fleshlight in an automatic stroker?
With some of them, yes. The Fleshlight Universal Launch is built for Fleshlight sleeves, the Kiiroo Keon 2 takes them with the adapter in the box, and the Lovense Solace Pro takes them with a $25 Grip Kit. The Handy 2 page only promises that Handy sleeves fit.
How do I clean an automatic stroker?
Take the sleeve out after every use, rinse it with warm water and a little mild soap or toy cleaner, and let it dry completely before putting it back. Most sleeves are TPE, which is porous, so drying it properly matters. Keep water away from the motor unless the maker says it's waterproof.
Before you order

Check whether the mount is included, whether your favorite sleeves will fit, and what the returns policy says, because most of these can't go back once they're opened. When it arrives, use plenty of water-based lube, start slow, and dry the sleeve properly after every use. Then lie back, because that's the whole point of the thing.
